It is important that you are the actual homeowner. When you link your Rent My Mortgage Account to a Home on our Marketplace, you are locking that home to you. You’ll set and show the mortgage rental financial offer on the Marketplace for the home. Only one User at a time can be linked to a Home.
If you inadvertently linked your account to a home, don’t worry, you can Unlink. This can happen, we get it. Please note though that spamming by linking homes that are not yours is not allowed. We reserve the right to deactivate your account for repeat spamming.
You may be asked to provide proof of home ownership, such as Utility Bills, or Mortgage Payment statements.
